These terms govern use of Is This Still True.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity performed through it. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the beliefs and other content you record. You grant the service only the limited rights needed to store, process, display, export, and delete that content at your direction. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to violate another person’s rights.
Private reflection, not professional advice
The service is a personal journaling tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and is not an emergency service.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another account. Features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control.
Subscriptions
The free plan stores up to 10 beliefs. An active paid subscription removes that limit. Reviews and retained history do not consume additional belief slots. Price, renewal, cancellation, and refund information appears on the Billing page and at PayPal checkout.
Ending service
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, security risk, or a material violation of these terms. Paid access ends according to the applicable billing period and law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
